VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Big changes are underway at Pembroke Square in Virginia Beach.
Demolition has begun at the former Suntrust Bank building on Virginia Beach Boulevard.
The demolition is part of the $200,000,000 redevelopment – which will include shopping, dining, apartments, a hotel and the senior living community, Aviva Pembroke.
